PARCC/CogAT
The PARCC and CogAT exams are standardized tests used to indicate the progress and academic success of elementary and junior high students. The new PARCC assessment was created to measure standards set by Common Core State Standards, while the CogAT assessment evaluates reasoning abilities in three areas: verbal, nonverbal, and quantitative.
